Lorenzo Damiani, born in 1972, graduated in Architecture at Milan Polytechnic. He follows furniture and product design and has worked with several companies including Cappellini, Campeggi, Ceramica Flaminia, Montina, Illy Caffè, IB Rubinetterie, Caimi Brevetti, Luce di Carrara, Lavazza and Nodus.
The Triennale Design Museum in Milan has dedicated a personal exhibition to him entitled “Where did the inventors go? Lorenzo Damiani”, curated by Marco Romanelli.
In 2012, two other personal shows: “Lorenzo Damiani: Senza Stile”, curated by Giovanna Castiglioni held at the Achille Castiglioni Foundation, and “Prova a Prendermi”, curated by Silvana Annicchiarico at the Triennale di Milano.
For the sixth edition of the Triennale Design Museum in Milan he designed the staging dedicated to the Castiglioni brothers. His projects are present in the permanent collection of the Chicago Athenaeum, the Triennale Museum and the Vitra Museum.
